For all of our residents, but especially those living with dementia, it is important that routines and hobbies are maintained. Our residents are encouraged to make use of our Mercedes service for personal errands, and our activities team frequently uses our Mini Bus for excursions into the local community. For those who enjoy history and culture, day trips have included visits to Dunham Massey and Altrincham Market. It is also essential that all our residents keep as active as possible, and those with dementia particularly reap the calming benefits that the great outdoors has. In addition to our private secure garden and putting green, Walkden Gardens is a short journey away and residents can come here for a stroll, a breath of fresh air, and to admire nature.
